ソラマメを作るごとに、不思議に思うことがある。

小さいソラマメはやわらかく、優しい味がしてとても美味だと。

大きく、たくさん採るのが、メインストリーム。

わたしはヘタだし、力いっぱいやらないから、

小さいのができちゃう。

スーパーには並ばないようなものは、規格外だけれど、

驚くほど、美味しかったりする。

小さく、少量を目的に、ノウギョウする人はいないけれど、

ド素人はこんな、発見をしたりできる。

贅沢なことだと、感謝したい。

 I am wondering every time growing broad beans. It is my personal thought that

smaller broad beans are unexpectedly taste better.

It is main stream that growing them bigger and more, yet my limited skill and even too laid back manner, I make them small.    

May be they are out of spec to put in the shelf at super market, but they have super taste.

It can be a great discovery if I only have "unprofessional technic"

I am very thankful to enjoy this extravagance.
